Well, I got a call for the nurse practitioner informing me that my cholesterol level was borderline: 200: meaning I am Borderline-High Risk, according to the attached article from the American Heart Association.
The nurse recommended to lose weight, stay away from fried foods and to exercise. All of which I told her is my 2011 resolution.
I weighed in yesterday at 185! and I'm staying the course. Maintaining my exercise regime: 10 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes on the treadmill and at least 50 reps on the pilates reformer.
No developments in the romance department with eHarmony.
Used Sensa today for the first time on my fried egg ... oops! One fried egg over easy on toast with turkey sausage cooked in the microwave.
