Wow, "You can't have roots and wings" just heard that in the line from the movie, "Sweet Home Alabama.
It has always probably been my number 1 or 2 .... on the list, along with HAPPINESS ... of Why Not? God
Feeling like I never had roots, never belonging anywhere. Never having a "home". I've purchased, created and maintained homes for the sake of stability of my children. I never wanted them to feel the transient, not staying anywhere more than a year, having your friends say that had to give you a page of your one because the phone number is always changing ... unlike that my grandparents and their children. One address, one phone number. The older kids had two addresses, maybe two phone numbers ... they moved from the first home my grandparents purchased to the first home my grandparents built.

"You can't have roots and wings" makes sense. God gives you a message when you need it.
Roots or Wings ... which would you choose? Give me WINGS :)
As the number keeps going up, I think God Mom and me are cool and healthy.
