Exercise Break-Out!

Hi God,

It's been awhile. I have been exercising. 10 minutes on the bike to warm-up the knee. Then I go to pilates to stretch it out and then 15 minutes on the treadmill.

5lbs. Gained Back

I started the treadmill today ... 15 minutes at 2.0 speed.

About 50 repetitions on the pilates.

Swept and mopped the downstairs.

Will do 10 minuttes on the bike in just a few.

Isaac has a job with Taco Bell. Completed his orientation today.

Choosing a Plastic Surgeon

Well, my first gut reminds me that I've never considered anyone other then Dr. Porter  for any eye work. But on her website she posted a link to an article working you through the process of choosing a plastic surgeon.

Going to do my bike. Maintaining the 190lbs. probably lost the normal water weight.

Natural Lift

Cooking breakfast for Isaac. Dr. Oz said using canola oil is good for you. So I have some home fries upstairs sizzling.

Been thinking about a facelift. It's mainly around the eyes. They say the eyes can age you more than any part of your face. There is a technique is called the Natural Lift. Three day recovery and 1/3 of the cost.

Speed dating

Well that was a bust!

I was the oldest person there it seemed. I did meet one guy that was over the age of 40.

Most of the young dudes complimented me on a banging body for my age. Wow .... lol!

About 25 ladies to about 15 guys ... losey odds :(

Well, GC doesn't either want to understand or is unable to understand the errors of his ways!

Ate the remainder of my cabbage and potatoes that I got from Deacon. He's a whole other story!

Infidelity: Why do women cheat?

I not sure why women cheat ... I've cheated when I believed my man was no longer behaving "man-like". He stopped doing something. He got comfortable, started taking things and me for granted. I started to feel like a piece of meat on platter that available all day for the pickins'

In 2011, I will be instituting the 6-month rule if I don't know and have a desire to get to know you ... and the 3-month rule if I know you and we have decided, to see where this may go. Or perhaps this may be the second time around the barn and perhaps we are better, maturer individuals and now can make a more cohesive partner in a relationship.

Only slightly through. Thinking about trying out speed dating. It's a little distance. So far, accordinging to facebook.com site a bunch of women so far.

Ree doesn't want to keep both puppies. Not sure if I want to separate them, but I know it probably better to decide sooner than later.

Weighing about 188lbs. May be water weight loss.

Two Puppies

Isaac brought home two pitbull puppies like that's what we need right now. They names are Aris and Isis.

Haven't paid the eharmarny.com subscription but haven't got received any mail notifying me of any new matches or communications.

Haven't exercised in a couple of days.

What the Hell!

Again, life is changing overnite! I can't believe the changes in direction. There's not a can talk about right now with this being a public blog.

Hopefully, I'll be able to talk about it soon.

My mom gave me Zicam, I do feel better. Not sure if that or if its just time to get better.

Appetite coming back.

Holidays are over!

Made a pot of bean soup with the ham bone from Thanksgiving and a plate of salmon cakes. Still not feeling well...sniffles.

Bean Soup
1 lb. of dried beans: nothern, baby white limas, rinsed
1 can of tomatoes ( I use ones with the mild chiles)
1 can of tomatoe soup
1 can of cream corn
1 ham bone

I put the bone in the crockpot on high for about 3-4 hours. Remove the meat from the bone and set aside.
Put the bone back into the crockpot with the pot liquer.
Add remaining ingredients.
Put on low in the morning and it will be ready for dinner.

Salmon Cakes
1 can salmon
onion and green peppers sauted
2 eggs
breadcrumbs

Mix the salmon, vegetables and eggs together.
Shape into balls and roll around breadcrumbs until completely covered.
Flatten into patties and place in heated oil in frying pan. Enough oil to be about 1/4 in deep
Going to volunteer at the pantry.

Dear John

Couldn't write about it yesterday, but I ended things honestly with G.C. He's truly the complete package, but not for me. Plenty of bricks to build with, but no mortar between us to keep is together, to make is solid.

Deuces.

No traffic from eHarmony.com. Not sure if its because I didn't pay the subscription or no responses because a whole bunch of people didn't pay the fees.

I want to know, need to know, feel, unconditionally that "he" is my best-friend.

I can still dream to marry. I want to marry my best friend. Can't he be a complete package and that be the best friend. I believe so.

Why else would I marry at this time in my life?

A Family that Prays Together

Well, I did it. Got both Ree and Ike to go to church with me today. Isaac's attends church with his girlfriend. Maurie will come but it has always been with reluctance. Then the cherry in top, they both sat in the pew with me. Thank you God.

Ree and I went to the movies, TRON. Pretty techno looking.

Coming down with the sniffles and no appetite.  I ate a grilled cheese on wheat with a hot tea.

Going to get the Nyquil.

I dislike water

I've never been a water drinker but I do like hot water with lemon any time of the year.

I do however like the taster of Perrier mineral water and it doesn't have to be chilled. I keep a litre beside my bed.

I also like S.PELLEGRINO.

If these count, I hope to get the necessary intake of water.

Starting off Right

Well, Happy New Year Life,

Started the morning off with helping Miss Abby clean the church hall from last night festivities.

Now, does sweeping down two flights of steps with a straw broom and push brooming the sanctuary count as exercise?

Haven't had any black-eyed peas or greens yet. Thought the church was going to serve it but only had breakfast food. No, I didn't eat any.

According to the profile I created on the Sensa site, I must maintain a 1300 calorie daily diet to reach my goal weight in six months. I'm not sure what 1300 looks like but on the side of most cereal boxes the calorie intake that is normally considered is 2000.

Well, on eHarmony there a guy that wants to skip the guided communcation and move forward to eHarmony mail. I suggested, nah .... that's keep it guided. I have to decide whether or not I'm going to kick out the $. One month is $40.00.

Then I thought about this blog and my timeline of six months. So, this is what I'm thinking:

• Three months on eHarmony and see what happens. If successful, great!

If not, after the three months

• I finish the last three months of the six month timeline with Match.com.

I've already purchased a 3 month supply of Sensa, so it all works out!

Well, I'm going to do at least 10 minutes on the treadmill today. It's also part of the rehab.

Watch Night Service Sermon titled, "Deuces"

Pastor Jones of Bethlehem Baptist Church was right on tonight. His scripture reference: Phillipians 3:13-14.

2010 is the gone, the past. How are you going to move forward by continuing to look backwards. Deuces.

If anyone tries to bring it back to you .... Deuces.

So what does Deuces look like and what does it mean? Lyrics: "So I flip that middle finger and the index finger follow,  Deuces, we aint got no future in tomorrow

Then one of the deacons, the youngest on the board, expanded what the Lord put into his spirit. Chris Brown says, "Im chuckin my deuces up..." you don't just throw it away ... you are throwing that burden, the guilt, hurt ... whatever the pain ... Chuckin it up to God to take care of. Let Him have it. But you have to give it to the Lord with authority because you don't want it back .... ever!

For me, I'm replacing the "we" with a blank _________; filling in whatever it is that has no place in my tomorrow. And for me that tomorrow is today! The first day of 2011.

2011, Deuces it's my year for resolution. Drama of 2010 is over.
