God,
Forgive me for the vengeful spirit inside me for this woman. What possible explanation will she offer the Mississippi Bar Association's Committee on Professional Responsibility? Negligence. Malpractice.
What a disappointment I find her to be. Irresponsible. She failed to respond to FEMA's calls and communications. She failed to file responses, if any, timely. I just don't get her ... with the successes why would she treat or worse, mistreat, her client(s). So many, as I should have, jumped her ship and sought other representation.
What was Governor Barbour thinking? Well, I'm leaving any way so I'll pardon murderers and put this ... on the bench. LOLOL ...
God, I really don't understand ... you can find out, a matter of public record, if a doctor, a childcare provider and what other professions are we, as private citizens, able and do file complaints of poor professional conduct and have it to be part of a public record. What makes attorneys and judges immune to such scrutiny. I asked the Mississippi Bar if Ms. Russell had any other complaints filed against her .... The response, "We sorry but that information is confidential and not a matter of public record." WHY? So, someone looking into her or any legal representation decision making on matters of integrity and ethics, the public is uninformed and left vulnerable.
With much regret but very necessary ... having to file a complaint against the first black woman appointed to Mississippi's Appeals Court.
I do pray that the Lord will relieve me of this boulder.
Love you Lord,
Yo
