The Truth - If I Am to be a Reflection of Him

Dear God,

I hope you in enjoy both of the links ....

Love always,
Yo

"The Truth"

Let me tell you why I love him

Cause he is the truth
Said he is so real
And I love the way that he makes me feel
And if I am a reflection of him then I must be fly cause
his light it shines so bright I wouldn't lie

I remember the very first day that I saw him
I found myself immediately intrigued by him
Its almost like I knew this man from another life
Like back then maybe I was his husband and maybe he was my wife
And even, the things I don't like about him are fine with me
Because its not hard for me to understand him because he's so much like me
And its truly my pleasure to share his company
And I know that it's God's gift to breathe the air he breathes

How can the same man that makes me so mad
-do you know what he did
Turn right around and kiss me so soft
-girl do you know what he did
If he ever left me, I wouldn't even be sad, no
Cause there's a blessing in every lesson
And I'm glad that I knew him at all

I love the way he speaks
I love the way he thinks
I love the way he treats his mama
I love that gap in between his teeth
I love him in every way that a woman can love a man from personal to universal but most of all its unconditional

-you know what I'm talking about-
Thats the way I feel
-and I always will-

There ain't no substitute for the truth
either it is or isnt
cause he is the truth
you see the truth it, needs no proof
either it is or it isnt
Cause he is the truth
Now you know the truth by the way it feels
and if I am a reflection of him then I must be fly
cause he is yes he is
I wonder does he know

Brown Skin, 6'3", 260 lbs, Hazel Eyes, Beautiful Smile

Thank you God,

For this man ... he's absolutely beautiful ... his tight, taunt skin, ripped abs, strong arms, hard legs and even more importantly ... a man of God. Hallelujah!!!!

Thank you God,
Yo

Brown skin, you know I love your brown skin
I cant tell where yours begins, I cant tell where mine ends
Brown skin, up against my brown skin
Need some every now and then:oh hey:

Where are your people from? Maybe Mississippi or an Island
Apparently your skin has been kissed by the sun
You make me want a Hershey's kiss, your licorice

Every time I see your lips, it makes me think of honey-coated chocolate
Your kisses are worth more than gold to me
I'll be your almond joy, you'll be my sugar daddy

Brown skin, you know I love your brown skin
I cant tell where yours begins, I cant tell where mine ends
Brown skin, up against my brown skin
Need some every now and then:oh hey:

Every time you come around, something magnetic pulls me and I cant get out
Disoriented, I cant tell my up from down
All I know is that I wanna lay you down

Every time I let you in, abracadabra magic happens as we swim
(From: http://www.elyrics.net/read/i/india.Arie-lyrics/brown-skin-lyrics.html)
Higher and higher finally we reach heaven
Come back to earth and then we do it all again
Yeah:..

Brown skin, you know I love your brown skin
I cant tell where yours begins, I cant tell where mine ends
Brown skin, up against my brown skin
Need some every now and then:oh hey:

Skin so brown, lips so round
Baby how can I be down?
Beautiful mahogany, you make me feel like a queen
Tell me what's that thing you do that makes me wanna get next to you, yeah

Brown skin, you know I love your brown skin
I cant tell where yours begins, I cant tell where mine ends
Brown skin, up against my brown skin
Need some every now and then:oh hey:

Brown skin, you know I love your brown skin
I cant tell where yours begins, I cant tell where mine ends
Brown skin, up against my brown skin
Need some every now and then:oh hey:

A King and A Wife: Proverbs 31

Sayings of King Lemuel
1 The sayings of King Lemuel—an inspired utterance his mother taught him.
2 Listen, my son! Listen, son of my womb!
Listen, my son, the answer to my prayers!
3 Do not spend your strength[a] on women,
your vigor on those who ruin kings.
4 It is not for kings, Lemuel—
it is not for kings to drink wine,
not for rulers to crave beer,
5 lest they drink and forget what has been decreed,
and deprive all the oppressed of their rights.
6 Let beer be for those who are perishing,
wine for those who are in anguish!
7 Let them drink and forget their poverty
and remember their misery no more.
8 Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves,
for the rights of all who are destitute.
9 Speak up and judge fairly;
defend the rights of the poor and needy.
Epilogue: The Wife of Noble Character
10 [b]A wife of noble character who can find?
She is worth far more than rubies.
11 Her husband has full confidence in her
and lacks nothing of value.
12 She brings him good, not harm,
all the days of her life.
13 She selects wool and flax
and works with eager hands.
14 She is like the merchant ships,
bringing her food from afar.
15 She gets up while it is still night;
she provides food for her family
and portions for her female servants.
16 She considers a field and buys it;
out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.
17 She sets about her work vigorously;
her arms are strong for her tasks.
18 She sees that her trading is profitable,
and her lamp does not go out at night.
19 In her hand she holds the distaff
and grasps the spindle with her fingers.
20 She opens her arms to the poor
and extends her hands to the needy.
21 When it snows, she has no fear for her household;
for all of them are clothed in scarlet.
22 She makes coverings for her bed;
she is clothed in fine linen and purple.
23 Her husband is respected at the city gate,
where he takes his seat among the elders of the land.
24 She makes linen garments and sells them,
and supplies the merchants with sashes.
25 She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.
26 She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
27 She watches over the affairs of her household
and does not eat the bread of idleness.
28 Her children arise and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her:
29 “Many women do noble things,
but you surpass them all.”
30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.
31 Honor her for all that her hands have done,
and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.

Ermea "EJ" Russell, Attorney, Judge, Joke

God,

Forgive me for the vengeful spirit inside me for this woman. What possible explanation will she offer the Mississippi Bar Association's Committee on Professional Responsibility? Negligence. Malpractice.

What a disappointment I find her to be. Irresponsible.  She failed to respond to FEMA's calls and communications. She failed to file responses, if any, timely. I just don't get her ... with the successes why would she treat or worse, mistreat, her client(s). So many, as I should have, jumped her ship and sought other representation.

What was Governor Barbour thinking? Well, I'm leaving any way so I'll pardon murderers and put this ... on the bench. LOLOL ...

God, I really don't understand ... you can find out, a matter of public record, if a doctor, a childcare provider and what other professions are we, as private citizens, able and do file complaints of poor professional conduct and have it to be part of a public record. What makes attorneys and judges immune to such scrutiny. I asked the Mississippi Bar if Ms. Russell had any other complaints filed against her .... The response, "We sorry but that information is confidential and not a matter of public record." WHY? So, someone looking into her or any legal representation decision making on matters of integrity and ethics, the public is uninformed and left vulnerable.

With much regret but very necessary ... having to file a complaint against the first black woman appointed to Mississippi's Appeals Court.

I do pray that the Lord will relieve me of this boulder.

Love you Lord,
Yo

Hurdle Two .... and Over!

Hello Lord,

The past two days .... incredibly stessfull but I survived. Thank you.

Dorian being locked up for Failure to Appear! Traffic tickets!!!! He's learning. His girlfriend bailed him out. This is the first time I haven't had to put up the money. Thank you.

FEMA's deposition done. Ms. Russell represented me well. Thank you.

44 came by the store to say good-bye .... 5-weeks ... the life of a soldier. Not the way I wanted to say good-bye. It's better than him leaving and not seeing him at all.

Past 90 days, as of October 24th, I am wondering how he's feeling about me.

I have invitations to dinner but have declined. In the past, I would have considered as a potential transfer point. Bail from the unsure! Start fresh with the brand new feeling of relationship and attraction.

44 said the first 90 days are when you experience the euphoria of the new person, new attraction, heightened sexual energy and lust ... then the shiny starts to dull and you begin to see the person as they really are ... are they deal breakers???? or points of negotiation, compromise or simply a communication message yet to be communicated. I hope to have a conversation with 44 when he returns.

I'm reading a book entitled, "His Need, Her Needs .. Building an Affair Proof Marriage. Basically, it keeping the feeling you felt the 90 days for the duration of the relationship. Securing "the relationship" will be for the rest of one's life. I want the dinner dates to be with him, the intimate conversations to be with him, disappointments and achievements with him, the name placed in the spot "In Case of Emergency" All of that ... for him.

Lord, you have kept me close my entire life. Thank you.

With all my heart,
Yo
